They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were being the doors, the trim, much of the home furnishings, and many others.
